What happened this year
- Launched the In Unity App Suite: free and low-cost apps to empower low-income individuals.
- Launched our new website.
- Added three new board members.
- Launched our board committees.
- Grew our staffing partner network to 14.
- Developed our strategic plan.
- Of the 14 people we hired in the last year:
- 5 still work with us
- 5 moved on to other jobs, most full-time
- 3 stepped away from work to put their recovery first
What’s coming next year
- Officially launching our volunteer model. Only our organization can combine paid work and volunteering to assist participants in meeting Medicaid work requirements
- Expanding in Cortland County.
- Developing our affiliate model.

Our mission
We recognize that opportunities to be valued is a critical part of any recovery and is often difficult to obtain in a safe and supportive environment. We bridge the gap by assisting participants in reaching their full potential. We provide an environment full of camaraderie, adding value, by supporting local organizations that support the local community.
