When you refer a participant to Service in Unity, they get something that complements everything else you're already doing: a real, paying job in a safe and supportive environment, with our team behind it.

Paid work

This is a job, not a program. The person is on our payroll and earns wages for the hours they work. We also connect people to volunteer roles when that is the better fit.

Safe environment

Every placement is supported by our team from start to finish. We are not a referral service that makes a match and walks away.

Your participant keeps working with you. We complement what you do. We don't replace it.

Placement begins

At their pace. Start with two hours a month if that's where they are. Build from there.

The Partnership Goes Both Ways.

We're a pathway for the people you support, and we can also provide staffing services to your organization directly. If you need flexible support, we can help with that too.

You refer someone to us

They get paid, structured work in the community and you keep walking alongside them. The person, your organization, and ours all stay in the conversation.

You hire us for your organization

If your organization needs flexible staffing support, the same model applies. We carry the comp, disability, and insurance. You get the help.
